Long Haul Truck Driver

We are in need of a reliable and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our growing team in Malindi. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across long distances. You must have a valid truck driving license and a clean driving record. Prior experience in long haul trucking is preferred but not required. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$, with free visa and ticket provided. Candidates from Canada or the Philippines are encouraged to apply, as well as those without experience or English proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided.

As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the truck, planning routes, loading and unloading goods, and completing all necessary paperwork. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have excellent time-management skills.

Requirements:
- Valid truck driving license

- Physical fitness for loading/unloading goods
- Basic English proficiency (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate trucks on long haul trips
- Inspect truck before and after each trip
- Plan routes and maintain accurate records of travel logs, deliveries, and pickups
- Load/unload goods using appropriate equipment
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and supervisors as needed
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Report any incidents or accidents immediately

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in long haul trucking but we are willing to train the right individual. This is a physically demanding job so candidates must be able to lift/move heavy objects repeatedly.
