Nepali Chef - Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nepali Chef to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Nepali Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Nepali dishes for our restaurant. Your role will include preparing and cooking a variety of traditional Nepali dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Requirements:
- Must be a native Nepali speaker
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef specializing in Nepali cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Nepali cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to manage inventory effectively
- A culinary degree or diploma is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Nepali dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure high quality of all dishes served, paying attention to taste, presentation, portion control, and overall appearance
- Manage inventory by conducting regular stock checks, placing orders when necessary, and properly storing food items
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Train junior kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
- Collaborate with restaurant management team on menu planning
- Adhere to all health codes, safety regulations, and company policies

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position. Benefits such as health insurance may also be provided.
