Online Consultant (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. This is a contract position based in Chelyabinsk, with the flexibility to work remotely from home.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of client issues
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide the best possible support to clients

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with fluent English speaking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1600$ per month
