Administrative Assistant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ufa. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work without the need for English proficiency. This position does not require prior experience, making it a great opportunity for students looking to gain practical skills.

Your main responsibilities will include managing office tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, organizing files and documents, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office. A biometric passport is required for this position.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must already be living in or willing to relocate to Ufa.
