Equipment Operator


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Mauren. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your main duties will include safely and efficiently performing tasks such as grading, digging, loading, and moving materials at construction sites or other work locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other machinery
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies while operating equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints or other technical documents to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with other team members to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Inspect equipment before each use to ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime or on weekends when necessary

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Mauren
