Restaurant Manager - Multan, Pakistan



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient and profitable business operations, and a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall performance of the restaurant, including financial management, sales targets, and cost control.
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Creating schedules and assigning tasks to maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Overseeing inventory management and ordering supplies to meet business demands.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handling customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of daily transactions and preparing reports as needed.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and controlling costs.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.

Location:
Our restaurant is located in Multan, Pakistan. The ideal candidate should be willing to relocate or currently reside in Multan.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements.

Visa:
The candidate must have their own valid visa for employment in Pakistan.
