We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Multan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing our staff. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Train and oversee the performance of front-of-house and kitchen staff
- Create schedules for employees and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Multan. Preference will be given to candidates who already have authorization to work in Multan.
