Personal Trainer


As a personal trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of fitness techniques and nutrition. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals, including weight loss, muscle gain, and overall health improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Design personalized fitness plans for clients based on their goals and abilities
- Conduct one-on-one training sessions with clients, providing guidance and motivation
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their plans
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and nutrition to maximize results
- Track client's progress through regular evaluations and goal setting
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for clients during their training sessions
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and techniques to continuously improve services offered

Requirements:
- Certified personal trainer or relevant degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate clients effectively
- Strong knowledge of fitness techniques, nutrition, and human anatomy
- Ability to create personalized fitness plans tailored to individual needs
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients is preferred but not required
- Ability to work full-time including evenings or weekends as needed
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required (visa sponsorship may be available)
- Previous experience as a personal trainer is not required but highly desirable
- Fluency in English is required

Location: Sheduva, Lithuania (accommodation may be provided)

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
