Web Designer


We are looking for a talented Web Designer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that effectively communicate our clients' brand and message. You will work closely with our development team to bring design concepts to life and ensure that the final product meets the requirements and expectations of our clients. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of current web design trends. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and create website mockups
- Design website layouts, graphics, and user interfaces using industry-standard software
- Implement design concepts into functional websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all web pages
- Conduct quality assurance testing to identify any issues or bugs on the website
- Stay updated on current web design trends and techniques to continually improve our designs
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred)
