As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our company in Vilnius, Lithuania. Your role will involve coordinating with different teams and departments to ensure successful completion of projects within the given time frame and budget. We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can effectively manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize project activities, timelines, and resources
- Ensure project objectives are clearly defined and communicated to all team members
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues
- Oversee budget management and cost control measures
- Communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of work
- Lead project meetings and provide guidance to team members when needed
- Foster a collaborative work environment to promote efficient teamwork

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management roles
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams successfully
