We are in need of a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Dickirch. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner. You will also be required to perform routine maintenance on the equipment and assist with other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to job site requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues immediately

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret job site plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction or related field
- Knowledge of basic mechanics
- Ability to speak English fluently
