IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems for our company in Triesen. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our technology needs are met and that our systems are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and security of all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues
- Ensure data privacy and security measures are in place and compliant with regulations
- Train staff on new technologies or systems as needed
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services or products
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create disaster recovery plans in case of system failures or data breaches

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and cyber security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
