Construction Project Manager


We are in need of a Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects in Manama. As a manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from planning to execution. You will also be required to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage and lead a team of contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality work is completed within set timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensure proper documentation of all project activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
