Contract Construction Manager


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Manama. As the Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of construction projects
- Monitor progress of work and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review contractor bids and negotiate contracts
- Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and other parties involved in the project
- Prepare regular progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role (preferred)
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided by the company. Visa sponsorship can also be provided if needed.
