We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Nairobi. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients. This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship for foreigners. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has experience working as a Gardener, preferably with knowledge of plants and gardening techniques suitable for the Nairobi climate. Responsibilities:
- Maintain and care for gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces of various clients.
- Plant, water, fertilize, prune, and weed plants according to their specific needs.
- Keep gardens clean and free of debris.
- Install new plants or remove dead or dying ones.
- Use gardening tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, shovels, etc.
- Ensure that all garden equipment is properly maintained.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences.
- Provide recommendations on plant selection and garden design.
- Monitor plant health and take action if any issues arise.
- Adhere to safety procedures while working.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
- Knowledge of plants suitable for the Nairobi climate.
- Basic understanding of gardening techniques such as pruning, fertilizing, etc.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:
- Certification in Horticulture or related field.
- Experience working with foreign clients or in a multicultural environment.
