Formworker in Beer-Sheva

As a Formworker in Beer-Sheva, you will be responsible for constructing temporary or permanent molds used to hold wet concrete in place until it sets. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints and to accurately measure and cut materials. You must have experience with various types of formwork systems and be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to work at heights, and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine formwork specifications
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble temporary or permanent formwork using various tools and techniques
- Pour, spread, level, and smooth concrete within the forms
- Use hand tools or power tools to remove forms once the concrete has set
- Inspect formwork for defects or damage and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Work at heights using ladders or scaffolding as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and accurately measure materials
- Familiarity with various types of formwork systems (e.g. timber, metal, plastic)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid work permit/visa for Israel

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel
