Job Title: Equipment Operator for Construction Projects in Ashdod

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and vehicles on construction sites. This includes excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and other equipment used for digging, lifting, and moving materials.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment on construction sites according to safety guidelines and project plans
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using appropriate equipment
- Follow instructions from site supervisors and accurately complete assigned tasks
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions from supervisors
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

We offer competitive salary of $900 per month, as well as opportunities for growth within our company. This is a part-time position with flexible hours. English language skills are not required for this role.
