Office Assistant in Ashdod
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Ashdod. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with preparing and organizing documents for meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Update and maintain company databases
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the office manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who require it. Candidates must have previous experience working in an office setting.
