Sales Manager for Indian Market in Utena, Lithuania
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As the Sales Manager for the Indian market, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in this key market. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Strong understanding of Indian culture, business practices, and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
