We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal on a contract basis. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team and driving revenue growth for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
- Must have a valid work permit for Portugal (free visa provided if necessary)
- Must be willing to relocate to Lisbon (accommodation provided)

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1100$ per month.
