Land Surveyor - Mombasa, Kenya
As a land surveyor in Mombasa, Kenya, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping the earth's surface to determine boundaries and locations of natural or man-made features. Your main duties will include using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and robotic instruments to collect data and create accurate maps and reports for construction, engineering, and land development projects.
To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field and at least 2 years of experience working as a land surveyor. You should also have strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS) software is highly preferred.
