Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in Chelyabinsk. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing various construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, identifying project goals, timelines, and resource requirements
- Oversee the bidding process for contractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth flow of work on site
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality control and safety compliance
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage project budget, track expenses, and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Hire and supervise construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary qualifications for their roles

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Experience working on large-scale building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software
