Insurance Adjuster - Zagreb, Croatia

We are currently hiring for the position of Insurance Adjuster in Zagreb, Croatia. As an Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages. Your main goal will be to ensure fair and timely settlements for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims by gathering information from various sources
- Analyze policy coverage and determine liability for each claim
- Evaluate damages and negotiate fair settlements with claimants or their representatives
- Document all findings and decisions in detailed reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals involved in the claims process

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Insurance Adjuster or in a related role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
