Industrial Alpinist in Ufa, Russia

We are currently hiring an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at great heights and in difficult-to-reach locations such as industrial sites, construction sites, and oil rigs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access techniques to access and work at heights
- Inspect and maintain equipment and gear before each use
- Utilize safety techniques and procedures to prevent accidents
- Conduct rigging operations for lifting and lowering equipment
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of structures and equipment at high elevations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed

Requirements:
- Must have experience working as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Experience with rope access techniques is required
- Ability to pass a physical fitness exam to ensure ability to perform job duties at great heights
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for working at heights
- Willingness to work in different weather conditions and environments
- Must be able to work well in a team environment and follow instructions effectively

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Certification from a recognized industrial alpinism training institution preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must be able to speak Russian fluently

Salary:
$1700 per month
