Body Repair Master

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Dubai. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles, including bodywork, paint, and mechanical components. You will use your expertise and knowledge to assess the damage, determine the best course of action, and complete repairs efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Determine the best repair methods for each vehicle based on its make, model, and damage
- Repair bodywork, including panels, frames, and structural components
- Perform welding and other metalworking tasks as needed
- Fix mechanical issues related to the damage, such as suspension or alignment problems
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming as necessary
- Apply paint using spray guns or other methods to match existing color and finish of the vehicle
- Ensure quality control by thoroughly inspecting repairs before returning vehicles to customers
- Keep track of inventory levels for necessary equipment and materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in auto body repair preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in auto body repair; experience with luxury vehicles is a plus
- Knowledge of welding techniques and metalworking tools required
- Familiarity with various types of paint application methods preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina for performing manual labor
- Valid driver's license
