Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in the city of Khasab. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is suitable for men with experience in construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-saving decisions
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the project
- Conduct site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues that arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Biometric passport required
Compensation:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation is not provided.
