Data Analytics Specialist



We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our fast-paced team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to use various tools and techniques to gather and analyze large sets of data. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Use data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau to analyze data and identify patterns and trends
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights based on data analysis
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection and reporting processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau or other data analytics tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
