Concierge

A luxury hotel in the picturesque city of Utena is seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with their needs and inquiries, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, shows, etc.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the city
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless experience for guests
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized
- Uphold the hotel's high standards of customer service

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Friendly demeanor and positive attitude towards guests
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
