Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and assisting with daily office tasks. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, open to both Egyptian and Canadian candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Drafting and editing documents, correspondence, and reports
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, meeting agendas, and materials
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic or French language skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
