Administrative Assistant - English Speaking (Malayalee Preferred)


We are a growing company in Medina and we are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and be responsible for handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. A Malayalee background is preferred but not required. You should also have strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and have a positive attitude. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. You should also be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and have experience with data entry and record keeping. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.
