Merchandising Coordinator

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing merchandising strategies for our company in Chelyabinsk. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability by ensuring that our products are visually appealing and strategically placed in retail stores and other venues. You will work closely with the merchandising team to gather and analyze data, create planograms, and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise. You will also be responsible for training store employees on proper merchandising techniques and monitoring inventory levels. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement merchandising strategies for our company in Chelyabinsk
- Gather and analyze data to determine product placement
- Create planograms for retail stores based on product performance
- Communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Train store employees on proper merchandising techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for reorders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for product improvements
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and production to ensure cohesive brand messaging

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Prior experience in merchandising or visual merchandising preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data analysis
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1500 USD per month
