Junior Architectural Technologist

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and documents for various architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are accurate and meet project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist with on-site inspections
- Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD and Revit to produce detailed drawings
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or technology
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an asset)
- Must be eligible for employment in Abu Dhabi without sponsorship
