Moderator for Indian Community in Siauliai, Lithuania

As a Moderator for our Indian community in Siauliai, Lithuania, you will be responsible for managing and moderating discussions and interactions within the community. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all members. You will also be responsible for enforcing community guidelines and resolving conflicts or issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions and interactions within the Indian community in Siauliai
- Ensure that all members adhere to community guidelines and create a safe and respectful environment
- Respond to member inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Build relationships with community members and foster a sense of inclusivity
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for growing the community and improving engagement
- Help plan events or activities to bring the community together

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Experience moderating online communities or forums is preferred
- Must be familiar with Indian culture and customs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative when necessary

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (accommodation provided)

Employment Type: Full-time with visa sponsorship available
