A reputable construction firm in Multan is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee part-time projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution
- Monitor progress and quality of work, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques

Salary:
Salary for this part-time position is 1300$ per month.
