Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability. You will also be responsible for managing and motivating a team of staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and implementing company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies as needed
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain consistency in operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Fluency in English (knowledge of French is an asset)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
