Excavator Operator



We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Lom. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth and other materials. This is a physically demanding job that requires extensive knowledge of equipment operation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, load trucks, and move materials
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine excavation specifications
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work
- Keep track of materials used and work progress for accurate record keeping
- Ensure work area is safe and clean at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating excavators
- Valid certification in heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of excavation techniques, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Salary:
Starting salary of $1000 per month with potential for increase based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the first month. After that, employees are responsible for their own housing arrangements.

Note: This job is open to candidates of all nationalities. English proficiency is not required, but basic communication skills are preferred. Previous experience is not required but will be considered an asset.
