We are in need of hardworking and reliable Factory Line Workers to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Split. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, assembling products, and inspecting finished goods to ensure quality standards are met. This is a physically demanding role that requires individuals who are able to handle repetitive tasks and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Assemble products on the factory line
- Inspect finished goods for defects and report any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Meet production quotas within specified timeframes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Basic understanding of machines and tools used in production

Salary:
We offer a salary of $900 per month with potential for growth within the company.
