A reputable factory in Split is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Factory Line Workers. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and performing quality checks to ensure that our products meet industry standards.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a factory setting is preferred but not required
- Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Assembling products on the production line with precision and efficiency
- Inspecting finished products for quality assurance purposes
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area at all times
- Following health and safety protocols at all times
