We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Ufa. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to specifications
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on solar systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work
- Communicate with clients to explain the installation process and answer any questions they may have

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience working with residential or commercial solar energy systems
- Valid driver's license
- Basic understanding of construction processes
- Certification in photovoltaic (PV) installation
