Solar Installer (Ufa, Russia)



We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar panel systems on roofs or other designated areas
- Ensure all equipment is properly secured and connected
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Conduct site surveys to determine appropriate placement of panels
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing systems
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in installation or construction preferred but not required
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English (Russian language skills a plus)
- Must have valid work visa for Russia

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within our company. This is a full-time position with regular working hours, Monday through Friday. Accommodation is not provided, but we do offer visa sponsorship for foreign employees.
