Online Consultant - Egypt (English speaking)


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Mauren. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a remote position that requires fluency in English and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries through email, chat, and social media channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions
- Identify sales opportunities and pitch additional products or services to clients
- Monitor online reviews and respond professionally to any feedback or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes, policies, and procedures for online customer service

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This is a remote position based in Mauren. While we prefer candidates from Egypt, we welcome applicants from other countries as long as they meet the language requirements.
