Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through various online platforms. You will be expected to assist clients with their queries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive overall experience. Your primary goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through live chat, email, and social media platforms
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing information
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes
- Meet monthly sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communication tools
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Mauren, but we welcome applicants of all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in the country.

Working hours:
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The schedule may include some evenings and weekends.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the first three months of employment. After that, you will have the option to find your own accommodation or continue staying at our provided housing.

Visa:
You must have your own valid visa that allows you to work in Mauren. We welcome applicants who already have their own visa or are willing to obtain one before starting employment.
