Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Wiltz. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture and project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. They will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee the work of architects and provide guidance when needed
- Review and approve architectural designs, plans, and drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Experience managing teams and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Nepali nationality preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1400$ per month. In addition, we provide accommodation for all employees.
