English Tutor



We are currently hiring an English Tutor to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and levels. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare lessons according to students' needs and goals
- Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback
- Utilize different teaching methods and materials to cater to different learning styles
- Encourage and motivate students to improve their English language skills
- Keep track of attendance and maintain accurate records of students' progress
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding students' performance

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in education, linguistics, or related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus)
- Previous experience in teaching/tutoring is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work with diverse student population

This job is suitable for Indian nationals who are fluent in English. It is also open to non-native speakers who have excellent command of the language. The position does not offer accommodation, so candidates must have their own visa or work permit.
