Waiter/Waitress



We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Eldoret. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take their orders, and serve food and drinks
- Provide recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permits is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment. The salary for this role starts at $1300 per month. Working hours may vary depending on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
