English Speaking Cruise Line Representative - Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent English speaking individual to join our team as a Cruise Line Representative in Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to cruise line passengers from India, ensuring their journey is smooth and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist Indian passengers as they board the cruise ship
- Provide information on the ship's amenities, activities, and schedule
- Handle any inquiries or concerns from passengers in a professional and efficient manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all passenger needs are met
- Promote and sell additional services or upgrades to passengers
- Organize and supervise embarkation and disembarkation procedures for Indian passengers

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of the cruise industry is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Must be willing to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with opportunities for career growth within our company.

Location:
This position is located in Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are already living in or willing to relocate to Ar-Ruwais.
