Loader Operator


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks, transport them to designated locations, and unload them as needed. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, such as loaders, to load and unload materials
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes
- Transport materials to designated locations within the worksite
- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
