Floral Designer



A boutique floral shop in Sofia is seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As the lead designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning arrangements for weddings, events, and daily orders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and design, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Designing unique and beautiful arrangements using a variety of fresh flowers
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools
- Preparing arrangements for pickup or delivery, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Managing daily shop operations including cleaning, organizing, and restocking
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients both in person and over the phone
- Collaborating with team members on larger events or projects
- Staying up-to-date on current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floral Designer or similar role preferred
- Creative eye for color, shape, and texture
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu/ Punjabi is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
- Availability to work weekends as needed

Salary: $1500 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
