We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all sanitation guidelines. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Barber
- Must be able to provide a portfolio of past haircuts and styles
- Strong knowledge of current hairstyles and trends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to communicate effectively in Russian (English language skills are a plus)
- Must have own set of tools and equipment

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them about their desired haircut or hairstyle
- Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services according to client preferences
- Suggest new hairstyles or products based on current trends or client needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area at all times
- Follow all sanitation guidelines for tools, equipment, and workstations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client flow

Salary:
This is a contract position with a starting salary of $900 per month. Full-time employment may be offered based on performance.

Accommodation:
We are currently offering accommodation for this position. The Barber will have access to their own private room within our barbershop.
