We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing a variety of hair and beard services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and shaving. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as managing inventory and scheduling appointments. This position is suitable for an English-speaking individual with experience in the field of men's grooming. Accommodation is not provided, but visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Barber
- Proficiency in English language
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of various hair and beard styles and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in Russia with or without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services to clients
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and offer professional recommendations if needed
- Keep the work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Maintain inventory of products used for services and restock when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage client bookings effectively
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Continuously develop new techniques and stay updated on latest trends in men's grooming industry
